Role Overview
This is a hybrid role: part IT support and part data/business operations analyst. About 20–25% of your time will be spent on IT support (hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting). The remaining 75–80% will be spent on data and operations support: commission reports, stock uploads, CRM cleanup, holiday calendar updates, and other global business support projects.

Key Responsibilities- Provide IT support (approx. 10–12 hours/week) — troubleshoot computers, email, software, and network issues.
- Upload SCI stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites.
- Build and maintain commission reports for Finance.
- Clean and update CRM data (e.g., company types, account details).
- Manage company-wide updates (e.g., upload public holidays into calendars across countries).
- Support ongoing IT and operations projects (automation, reporting, data accuracy).
- Use Excel (pivots, formulas, macros) and, ideally, SQL or light scripting to improve workflows.
- Collaborate with global teams in Singapore, China, India, Philippines, and Vietnam to ensure smooth support.
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Educational background in IT or Computer Science (B.Sc./BCA/MCA/B.Tech).
- Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, macros preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
- Exposure to SQL or scripting is a plus (but not mandatory).
